Following substantive consultation with our customers, Innovatek Medical has designed a range of gas plasma equipment specifically to meet the requirements of the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device markets.
Using our plasma equipment designs, component volumes in the millions can be processed making gas plasma treatments a viable proposition.
The equipment offers full data logging, traceability and batch analysis as standard meeting both the cGMP and technical requirements as detailed within ISO 13485 and FDA CFR 21 Part 11.
Touch screen capability greatly assists operators to comply with internal SOP’s. The multi-layer sign-in enhances security. Recipe driven operation enhances batch to batch reproducibility.
The software includes a maintenance diagnostic package. Hardware functions are constantly monitored, with a warning given well in advance if a component requires attention or maintenance.
Before each run a ‘drop-down’ test can be automatically performed and reported which monitors the integrity of the vacuum and ancillary equipment to lower the risk of batch failure.
